Radom VIS P.35 “ersatz” grips

(3 customer reviews)

$75.00

This variation was used on the late WWII Radoms, and they will fit the late war pistols without grip bushings. They can also be used on early Radoms if you remove the bushings and use the “fat” style screws.

Note: The screw holes are made to leave the screws about 1/2 mm shy of the inside of the frame when snug, but it’s still a good idea to install the grips with the magazine removed and check the mag well for clearance before inserting the magazine again. The late war grip/screw combo is not an ideal design, and the screws can hit the magazine if they’re tightened too much.

The pair of VIS P.35(p) grips I received were a perfect fit on my late K-block out of the box, and didn’t require any massaging. A perfect match for the originals, with same type of grain too. Screw tips were also well inside the frame and posed no danger to the expensive magazine. A lot of attention to detail went into these! A very viable alternative to the hard-to-find and quite expensive originals.

Outstanding set of replacement grips! The fit is perfect and the fat, late style, screws fit perfectly as well! The workmanship is flawless, these are not just another reproduction, they are a viable replacement part, just as if they were ordered from Steyr, or Radom in 1945! I believe that in making a 100% accurate part, the last 5% of quality is 95% of the work! That shows here! This gentleman has some serious talent! You’ll get your monies worth and more, here.
