These grips were used on Femaru P37, the WWII version of the Femaru 37 made during the German occupation of Hungary. As opposed to the Femaru 37M, the P37 had a 1911 style safety lever with a corresponding notch in the left grip panel.

They will also fit the 37M model without safety lever, although they will not have an entirely correct appearance due to the notched left panel.
